Directors Trent and Michelle Thorley established the privately held business Dynamic Electrical, Refrigeration, and Solar in 2006. Initially formed as a partnership, Trent and Michelle expanded the company until it had 4 employees by July 2007.

Dynamic Electrical, Refrigeration and Solar has shown steady expansion since 2007 and presently employs 14.

Dynamic is a leading electrical, refrigeration, and solar company for the business sector. They are an indigenously accredited firm that places a priority on meeting the needs of its clients.

Although Dynamic has a headquarters in Rockhampton and a satellite office in Baralaba, they follow a decentralised model of operation. Systems and tools are available for each of their teams, enabling them to work autonomously on-site throughout Central Queensland.

No matter where they are, this enables much tighter client collaboration and better project outcomes.
