Terms and Conditions for Solar Scam Story Video Production

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for the $200 Coles Gift Card, participants must submit a Solar /Battery Horror Story related to their or a specific solar system experience. Each month, one entry will be selected for the creation of a video and assistance provided by Your Energy Group Pty Ltd in solving the issue(s) mentioned in the story.
  2. Selection Process: Entries are accepted monthly via website submission, and one participant will be chosen to participate in a video about their solar scam story. If selected, the participant must agree to be filmed and collaborate with our team to address the issues raised.
  3. Gift Card Issuance: Upon agreement to participate and completion of the filming process, the selected participant will receive a $200 Coles Gift Card, plus our endeavours to resolve the issue.
  4. Exclusions: Employees, directors, and their immediate families of Your Energy Group Pty Ltd are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
  5. Other Terms: Your Energy Group reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  6. Gift Card Delivery: The $200 Coles Gift Card will be issued within 30 days of the video filming and agreement process being completed.
